Very slow in processing and didn’t ask all documents at once they keep on asking whole day and later they postponed it for next day and next day they didn’t complete the application saying need 2 people for approval then again postponed to Monday but they didn’t even email or answered the call on Monday to let me know as been waiting all day to hear. Called in the afternoon to check again and I was informed person looking after my application has finished for the day. Imagine if I was in a situation and could have applied elsewhere if they have informed me earlier when i applied but they didn’t , kept on dragging and taking their time. I gave all the informations on time.
Great service from this and the Otahuhu branch. Have had several loans over the past 5years and it’s always a easy, stress-free process :) they’re very understanding if you get stuck for a payment as long as you contact them and explain the situation. will definitely be sticking with them for any more loans in the future. Highly recommend
