   The Universe (and Google) brought me Ceillhe. I was planning a trip to Auckland with my husband for my 40th, along with my parents who were celebrating their 45th. Hobbiton has always been high on my bucket list and after our first chat, I knew I'd found our person. Communication was easy leading up to the trip and with a few questions answered, Ceillhe carefully curated a tour to indulge all of our wishes. We did the private 2-day and overnighted in Rotorua. We felt like we were with our big sister. We felt safe on the ride to and from Rotorua and we felt considered, down to the minor details in the hotel room and being gifted hobbit names prior to the tour. Ceillhe also assisted us with a day tour to Waiheke for wine tastings thru a sister company. Talk about above and beyond. I'm so grateful and beyond thankful for this experience and would highly recommend Time Unlimited Tours to anyone looking for an intimate, educational experience ♡

   Time Unlimited did an incredible job. Simply perfect! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Before the trip began, our wishes were taken into account and excellent suggestions were made. The activities during the journey were adapted according to the weather and the children’s needs. This kind of flexibility is truly special. Our driver took fantastic care of us, explained a lot, respected breaks, and drove very well and safely! Not once did I feel unsafe as a mother traveling alone with two children. I can wholeheartedly recommend this agency and hope it will help many other travelers enjoy such wonderful experiences and memories as we did.    After finding TIME Unlimited Tours online, I reached out to Ceillhe for help planning part of our New Zealand vacation. We are a family of six with four teens/young adults. Ceillhe not only saved us from my husband attempting to drive on the left, she also guided me in shaping our Rotorua itinerary. Though our time was limited, she listened carefully to our goals and tailored everything to our interests. Her lodging and activity recommendations were spot-on—from upgrading our glowworm cave visit to black water rafting at the Waitomo Caves, to adding cultural depth at Te Puia, and the wild fun of the ZORB. Perhaps most memorable was the drive itself, where we connected with Ceillhe and learned about New Zealand and Māori culture.

   This is an awesome tour company. We were picked up on time by the owner Neill, and did a tour of Auckland city. He is very knowledgeable and safe driver putting customers a priority in everything. We had a second full day tour to HobbiTon and Waitomo glow worm caves and our driver was Julia. Again a very safe and knowledgeable driver putting the comfort and desires of the customer a priority. Highly recommend this group if you want a five star luxury experience. Will book again with no hesitation.

   Time Unlimited was amazing! We researched tour providers thoroughly for months, and we are so glad we went with Time! It's a family business and they aren't afraid of challenges. About 5 days into our cruise my dad decided he REALLY wanted to play golf in New Zealand. With less than 48 hours notice, Ceillhe made it happen, including transportation, tee times, and golf club rentals. Not only that, but my mother absolutely wanted to see the glow worm caves, even though she has some mobility challenges. Time Unlimited found us the only cave in New Zealand completely wheelchair accessible. It was amazing! We scheduled two days worth of tours, and although the weather wasn't fantastic for the first day they still went above and beyond to try to make it perfect. (Special shoutout to the young "intern" - you know who you are!) Thank you again Ceillhe, Chantell, and the rest of the family for making our once in a lifetime trip to New Zealand absolutely WONDERFUL!

   We had the pleasure of taking a 3-day tour recently and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Our tour guide, Breviss, was truly exceptional and made the entire trip a delight from the start. He was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and welcoming, providing us with fascinating insights into the history and culture of the places we visited. What really stood out to us was the incredible attention to detail that Néill, Ceillhe, and Breviss displayed; they left no stone unturned, making sure that every aspect of the trip was carefully planned and executed.    I joined a full-day field trip to Auckland Coast area . For example, I visited Piha Beach, Arataki Visitor Center, etc. This was the most exciting and amazing experience in Auckland for me:) I was a Japanese student and my English was not there yet, but thanks to my knowledgeable and cheerful guide, Ceillhe and her jovial and charming assistants, I really enjoyed it.
