Great location, good and friendly building managers. Awesome views from the 7th floor. The only downside is you have to use either Easy Energy for water or Pulse Energy for power. I prefer to choose my own utility providers - other than that it was a great 2 years living at The Docks.
The location couldn't have been better. Supermarket right across the street. Minutes walk to absolutely everything. Building managers are really helpful and friendly. Overall a very well managed apartment complex.

Decent apartment in Auckland Central. Rent can be around $600/week with or without parking. Electricity, Wifi and water is excluded. Building is well managed by Terry Moore. Sometimes he forgets addressing issues. Also they pump in fresh air inside the building. You got to chase him.But the air in outside your door is warm but inside your house it's gonna be cold. So you got to keep your heat pump running. Maybe increase your bills. Security systems are great. You can't enter without a FOB. Parking is secure. They have regular fire and safety checks. Sometimes your apartment may vibrate if you living on bottom floors as there is a train tunnel that leads to Britomart train station.
I live here, it’s one of the best places in the city to reside. Queen streets is only a few metres from The Docks.
