    We had an accident in early October, and our experience with Toyota Insurance has been very disappointing. The staff are extremely slow in processing our claim and do not respond to emails or follow-ups. It’s been a frustrating experience β€” we expected better service and communication from such a reputable company.

    Cancelled my policy the day after they took the premium which was double that of the previous month, I phoned and questioned it and was told that was it, so I cancelled and asked for a refund. now, 13 days later, I was informed that not only was I not getting a refund which was paid , they were going to take further money. To me this is disgusting, they would not phone me back and it sounds like they don't care about customers. DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING THEM

    Dealing with Toyota insurance becomes such a headache when dealing with more than one representative asking for the same information more than once. Very messy, frustrating and poor management on their end. It's like going around in circles trying to amend a change on a policy because it seems they hire incompetent staff that can't read or scroll through an email thread to get the information that has already been provided to them.

    Long story short, I DO NOT recommend Toyota Insurance. They can't find my payment even when the payment information was provided in my reply. They ignore any attachment I have put in the email and keeps on asking for proof of transitions. They don't reply my emails until I called them directly. Took them almost a month to find my payment that can be done in just a few hours (I have to keep on calling them to push them work) After my payment is confirmed, I cancelled my policy and switch to another company immediately. And now just waiting for my refund...

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services I have received. I have been a customer for 2 years, and I have been disappointed with the level of service I have received. Definitely will switch provider.

    I'd never heard of an insurance provider charging a cancellation fee until I cancelled my policy with Toyota Insurance. Also, they offer only one free windscreen replacement a year, other insurance providers allow unlimited replacements. I'm happy now that I've changed my insurance provider.

    They definitely need to improve their customer service. I had sent them an email and didn't get a response even after a month untill I followed up couple of times. I Wouldn't recommend !

    Paid premium for the year direct bank transfer. A month later email - not paid.... few emails ... no respond.... sent prove of payment from the bank... now asking for "screenshot" ? Useless. If one is in an accident they will not pay !!! But i'we paid it in full a month ago ...
