Application process took a long time. Cover seemed like good value, but there were too many exemptions to make it worthwhile. Some exemptions were not related to pre-existing issues, such as regular colonoscopies which were clear.
I have found Bryan always gives knowledgeable advice; I know that he researches my queries to do so. He is reliable and prompt with his responses, so I never need to follow up. I will continue to use Bryan and recommend him for sensible advice.
