Our camper window chip was repaired by Novus, Mt Maunganui, promptly and the claim was managed by them and Covi covered the repair as part of our insurance. A stitch in time and timely action by all concerned.
Had several claims unfortunately this year but Covi made the experience easy through all stages which was excellent as far as getting claims approved quickly so as to be inconvenienced to an absolute minimum to get your vehicle back on the road.
The team at Covi are fantastic - couldn’t believe we had two broken windscreens within a week (thanks to flying stones from trucks) - Covi sorted us without a hitch. Great service.

Covi did not disappoint, phone call to the consultant was done with ease, very clear instructions, Caravan claim was approved over the phone. i would certainly recommend Covi especially the agreed value for 5 Years. It would be good value for the customer if the Premiums stayed the same for 5 years as well. (Just a Thought, imagine how many clients they would get then.)

Covi road side is pathetic. Absolute waste of cash. Your better off to Google 24/7 breakdown. Staff on phones are a bunch of kids with the empathy of a brick. No help to me. Unable to fulfill the side. Unable to return money owed. Very quick to take it
