   It took Freightways nearly 3 weeks to clear a parcel once it arrived into New Zealand even though we supplied all the information required when requested by them prior to it arriving! For more than half of this time it just sat at their depot. We wasted so much time calling and emailing to find out where our parcel was, so frustrating and disappointing.

   I am very unhappy with the service. Unknown the address which right in the Auckland city “Albert street” the courier driver keep calling and ask where is the building? How can he get this job possibles Really?? Then leave the parcel at the office for us to pick up outside hours on the weekend. Also called to customer service to find out where is office to come pick up on Saturday but no answer. Next time shouldn’t use this company no more !!
