   Took my money upfront and didn’t tell me that they couldn’t pick up on the day that I requested (which was critical due to moving dates). Didn’t return my call requesting confirmation of pickup time, 3 days before the requested date, and only after ringing them the day beforehand did they advise they couldn’t pick it up. I cancelled and arranged pick up with another company.

   Item arrived damaged , was in a crate/pellet and when opened a few months later when boat arrived neither sender or mainfreight wanted anything to do with it and refused to cover damages, rough as with my 10 thousand dollar item would not recommend these clowns

   As with the complaint above it seems that Levin is place they struggle to deliver too. Even though you have a brand new mainfreight depot in Levin. Do you guys in Akld know where it is, use google maps it will help you locate it. I ordered a parcel from Hamilton, it was sent to Akld and sat in their depot for a week. This is service Toll and the Railways used to provide.

   Check out Main Freight Transport Auckland. The reviews there are pretty bad. Why are the reviews here so much better here with Mainfreight Metro Auckland but there is "Zero" information. Looks like someone's playing with google reviews. They can't even make up a short story. Tell me I'm wrong and I'll remove my 1 star. Just trying to keep it real.
