Big Chill misplaced our order, showed no respect or were even tiny bit sorry when communicating about it. The administrator Sally needs to learn how to do good customer service as she is very rude and unpleasant to deal with. I would not recommend Big Chill to anyone and would advise anyone looking for a reliable service to look elsewhere.
Missed uncountable deliveries, products gone missing, worst drivers who receive complaints from almost all customers. Drivers don’t care less, they even said ‘no drivers anyways, you go ahead and make your complaints, no one cares’.
Not sure how a company like this is still In business really. Takes countless admin hours to chase up packages and customers just think you’re incompetent because products never show. As a supplier you should run! Surely there is a better option out there.

I wish I could give zero stars! After loosing our order and poor communication throughout that, our order arrived completely melted in totally wet cardboard boxes a full day late. Customer service is shocking. For a big company, specialising in frozen and chilled transport this is unacceptable. Big Chill has not delivered the service they promised and that we paid for. I understand mistakes happen, but it is how you deal with your customers after that, that counts. It worries me that a Big Chill treats perishable food that poorly and then expects it to still be consumed. I am very disappointed and would highly recommend to use a different company to save you the stress and trouble and to make sure your recipient doesn’t get sick.
Big Chills Highbrook site is really well maintained. The staff are helpful and thr trucks are always well kept here (cleaned and washed and presented nicely). Service has been great also. Thank you Big Chill Highbrook!
