   DO NOT USE OWENS TRANSPORT Absolutely appauling is the only way to describe the condtion of the box that my $6,000 Carbon bike has arrived in. The box was completely ripped open one end, filthy and water damaged along the bottom. Thank God the bike wasn't damaged! To top it off, when the delviery driver eventually turned up over 1 week late from the estimated delivery time he opened the van for me to see the bike box up on its end instead of horizontal. All the instructions on how to treat and handle this box are clearly marked on it, but I guess the Owens team can't read or simply don't give a shit.

   Extremely dangerous truck driver nearly smashed into my car did not give way when merging on the motorway!!! Rego 53S13 absolutely crazy driver travelling excessive speed on motorway and swerving between cars ! I will be reporting to the police.

   Driver would not come down the drive which PBT, Goddards and mainfreight have been down with no problems in similar size trucks.Said he had no way to get package off the truck. We were told to collect package from depot from driver and staff when we called depot which we had to hire a flatdeck truck to collect and still charged for delivery. Had a phone call to apologise but no reimbursement.Will never purchase anything being del by this company.

   Impossible to get ahold of, been waiting over a week for my package that was coming from. Auckland to Hamilton. Tried tracking doesn't work, tried contact via email, doesn't work, tried calling doesnt work. What a joke of a company.

   Worst outfit ever. Lost the consignment, found it a weeks later in Wellington, then recieved in local depot yesterday but wouldn't deliver. Booked time off work for the delivery at 3pm today, and its 5pm and still nothing!! Can't believe Mainfrieght are associated with these guys...

   Owens have twice now failed to deliver to my address. In the fist instance my parcel sat at their depot for 3 days without anyone doing anything (I eventually had to drive 80kms to collect it myself). This week they have delivered a different package to the wrong address, and given it to some random guy who didn’t even sign for it with my name! Incompetent, slow, and zero customer service - I no longer buy from vendors who use Ownes for their deliveries - AVOID!!
