Cabin crew on flight NZ283 from SIN to AKL on 25/02/2025 were useless, racists and helpless!!! 1) I asked for warm water when the crew lady was right next to the pantry and she said no right away and went off and never bothered to assist me there on. Iβm guessing she only helps white skins and not brown people like us. Never mind!!! 2) I walked all the way down to the rear of the aircraft in search of some toothpaste just to be told that ββwe donβt have anymore toothpaste loveββ!!! (I ainβt anybodyβs love on that flight) so disappointing!!!! 3) All the lavatories were always occupied!! I have had awesome experiences in other airlines before and I got surprised to be treated this way by Air NZ on this particular day!!! Vowed to myself never ever to return flying on this airline again in my life even if my life depended on it!!!!

Unprofessional staff at the counter this morning. Walked in and 2 ladies were at the counter, both talking loudly and laughing on top of their voice. Very Unprofessional when you have a client in there. Need more training i guess

Communication could not have been worse. Zero guidance for an individual shipping personal items. I was told at every step that someone would contact me about the next steps, and every single time, I had to call to follow up because I was not contacted. At least 3 voicemails went unanswered, and more emails were ignored. Took over 6 weeks to get my shipped luggage. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Horrific and stressful experience. Tried to ship my toolbox over to Australia. But Air New Zealand have not dispatched my shipment. It's in a perpetual state of being loaded and unloaded every day. I need to work and I can't because I have no tools. I can't even track parcel as it does not show on website anymore. If I could give minus 5 stars I would. Seek a different service provider. This one will cause lots of undue stress.

Good customer service, fairly easy to drop off a parcel needed for postage. Keep in mind they need to visually inspect your package before postage so don't tape it up.

Pretty sad about the carparking area. Did Air NZ take into consideration people with disabilities and how far they have to walk or wheel their chair, our elders made to walk a distance, let alone for check in. Is making money really that important? Is peoples welfare not important??? We are not the States of America. We are not China. We are NZ.

Would have given zero stars. Staff don't know how to talk in a proper manner. The old lady at the gatehouse doesn't know what tailgating is... She was rude and said you people. Was she being smart or racist?. She really needs to learn to respect other people

So expensive, and we got different information regarding our cargo on different days so don't know who's telling the truth. Had to pay extra to Qantas to get our cargo out which was not told to us by air new zealand. Won't be using this service again!!!!!

Our package was destroyed due to exceeding the storage time frame. No email or phone call before destroying items. I called and spoke with the manager she continue to say she contacted me through phone call multiple times but this is very untrue. We spent weeks going in trying to get the items out but kept getting sent away. Manager was talking over me assuming she knew what I was going to say. Felt like she was in a rush to get me off the phone. Was not apologetic or showing any empathy towards our time and money being lost due to their poor services. This manager should already be trained to deal with situations instead of talking over and assuming things and also making false statements
