Very friendly team here. Kind and considerate. Only problem is you now I can't be an individual operator and pick up your own goods and the phones don't get answered!
Went to pick up a small shipment, only 0.5m3 so very minor. Had to wait an hour in a queue of trucks who clearly know the system, but they were also waiting just as long. Had to complete an online H&S which is standard for many high risk locations these days. But I got my goods, the forklift operator was pretty disconnected, just going through the motions. Really should be a line for public pick ups, not business ones.
Awesome team, from front office team to the fork hoist drivers, all professional and safety focused. Everyone was super helpful, was my first time getting freight from there and it was a breeze considering it's one of the busier times of the year.

Witnessed horrible selfish dangerous driving by the driver of R91B on February 7th at 1:23pm. I see some other people complaining about your drivers here. Why don't you educate your drivers?
Please DO NOT park your truck in middle of road and block entrance just for a Pie!!! Certainly you can park on side of road, there is a space for that. We have to drive in wrong direction in order to drive in that entrance. Terrible driver.
