   Used this service for many years. Gets to the destination in a good time. Always handled with care, never any damage issues to the package. Be careful about rates charged to the receiver. give them fair warning.

   If I could give them negative 5, I would. My mum was given the misinformation that the freight would be delivered the home address. She told them that she would be away in Fiji and had confirmed twice. When the freight entered Australia, I was sent an email by Qantas Freight to arrange for pick up. BUT WAIT: First I have to fill in the form for unaccompanied items and present that to customs in person. Once cleared I have to arrange for an inspection - for which I have to make an appointment...what a drama!! and pay for storage all these while... MISINFORMATION- STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE
