   We were very lucky to find GTLogistics, Phil quickly responded to my frantic online search for shipping a sprinter van to Europe. Frantic isn’t how we like to do things but we had been left in the lurch by two shipping agents who had six months to sort out their details and both came up empty handed at the last week prior to us leaving New Zealand. We definitely wouldn’t recommend the company who shipped our van from Australia so there was no going back there either. We were left in an unenviable position because we had already booked our flights in the belief that everything was in hand. I still cannot believe how simple, informative and professional Phil’s service was from the very start. On our first meeting we had a price, we knew which vessel and which port we would go through ending at our expected destination at exactly the time we needed. Give or take a few days; but that’s shipping. The others couldn’t even find a vessel! What was even more staggering is the price he quoted for shipping and insurance was far below what we had been told by the others and he included a comprehensive list of port charges and fees at either end and I could see that he had not padded them out compared to the other quotes. Phil even arranged for Cameron who also inspired great confidence in the company to drop us at the airport. So don’t waste precious time and money bothering with other shipping companies just go straight to the best! It will not only save you lots of money for a far better service but they will save you lots of stress and wasted time. I cannot recommend Phil, Cameron and the dedicated people at GT Logistics highly enough. Thank you very much for your service and your professionalism it was invaluable to us. They quickly turned a disaster into a a success. They make shipping seem so easy.

   Failed to time stamp the inspection report photographs on receipt of goods . I lost money on a damages claim because of this . HG from the office very unhelpful and ignored my concerns .

   We have been working with GT since the day it opened its doors for business shipping our various expedition and collectible motorcycles all over the world. Next week we deliver another two carefully prepared expedition motorcycles to GT for an international destination. We will not be worrying about anything because Phil and the team will be doing that for us. Excellent value, the best professional packing, 24/7 access to the team and there still hasn't been a challenge that's beaten them with our account - and they have been tested! Highly recommend.
