Over a 3 week period called twice about a time sensitive matter we needed assistance with. Both times told by reception our request would be passed to a solicitor and to expect a call. Nothing. No communication not even to say not interested in the work or cant help or to busy. Frustrating as everyones time is valuable.
I have never come across such poor communication as from this firm relating to progress on a probate. All I asked for was a simple update and there has been total silence to emails, calls and voicemails. Not good enough.

Itβs been nearly two years and weβre still waiting on resolution for an uncontested probate. Communication has been minimal, and the process has felt drawn out and unclear. I expected a more efficient and proactive approach from the firm, especially given the straightforward nature of this case. My late aunt would be absolutely fuming with their handling of this.
