Terrible customer service! They asked $800 for witnessing two POA documents which takes only a minute to do. Davenports Lawyers on the other hand did it for $245. Avoid these guys at all cost.
Our experience with the team at Southern Legal was nothing short of outstanding. Vimlesh Anand handled all our legal requirements with the utmost professionalism and care. Vimlesh assisted us with the purchase of our new home last year and when we needed current wills drawn up this year. Vimlesh Anand was their to offer his legal assistance again. My family and I are very happy to continue using Southern Legal in the future and we highly recommend this company to anyone seeking legal advice and assistance.
Used Vimlesh to buy our first house late last year and very upset with how we were treated and the cost for his services considering the amount of time he worked for us. He quoted us then ended up charging us an extra 2k on top of that and when questioned said his initial price was just an βestimateβ. We only required his services for a single property, 90 day settlement and paid close to 4k. Felt very taken advantage of as a young couple who were first home buyers and were also preparing to get married a couple of months later so did not have that extra 2k spare which he knew! This was the only negative experience when buying our first home, wish we had spent more time looking around for lawyers and gone with someone else!!!! Price may have been worth it if the service and communication was good but far from it! He was rude and we always felt like we were being told off. Do not recommend. Wish I could give zero stars..

Recently had the pleasure working with Vimlesh in securing our first home. He was very responsive and knowledgable. Vimlesh gives sound legal advise and had previously decided not to go through with a sale due to his advice. We were glad to have listened to him then as it saved us from being trapped legally. Very highly recommended.
