   I dont want to give 1 star review as I understand how it effect people's business. But this time I have to speak up .Please be careful choosing this place. I did business lease transfer with Anand Singh . My lawyer asked for a price quote, she never get respond and when finished he invoiced me $2990.50. The transfer was easy as me, purchaser and landlord all agree to every clause he made. Only problem is Anand usually take 2-3 days to reply his email. I still have to pay because the job is done but deep inside I felt its rediculous. This was my experience and I suggest if any one seeking for legal advice from this lawyer, make sure you know the price before you go ahead.

   Had some positive experience a few months back when I first used this law firm but something has changed as it's been a "mission impossible experience" to book in an appointment over these last couple of weeks. Have tried emailing 3 times for a timeslot to notarize a one-page document, then also phoned 3 times and received zero response, they never called or txt'd back. I guess I've learned my lesson... surely there are more customer oriented law firms, don't waste your time with them...

   I was referred by CAB and had a 2 minute interaction with a Lawyer who was so rude and dismissive. If you do not want to receive these advise referrals then talk to CBA.. The interaction and experience was appalling.

   Parking was good outside the building 1hour parking time limit..there is a stairway needed to reach the lawyers level . Waitng room sat down few minutes ready to see lawyer.conference room.Good communication with correspondence.great help got the family business soughted out.
