   My annual visit, another fantastic shopping experience. Changing rooms spacious and tidy. Store manager Natasha so courteous & warm, goes above and beyond to provide for the customer! I make the most of the sales discounts, and find the clothing an investment with great fabric that is flattering and functional for a girl who thrashes them with lots of use & washing.

   I was served by a lady named Lexi on a Friday, she was so helpful i thought she was the manager because of how knowledgable and enthusiastic she was about the brand! I was in need of leggings as i have recently lost a few pounds i came in thinking i was an XL and Lexi had me leaving in a M! Never would i have imagined to be a size M! Lexi was extremely lovely and i am going to continue coming to see her! Much appreciated Lexi i still love my Amys and wear them every day!

   Bought the cutest workout set with the help of Charnisse! She was absolutely lovely and had immaculate service and suggestions, most likely wouldn't have found anything if it wasn't for her help. Really impressed with the friendly and insightful service here! Definitely recommend this branch as their staff is always super lovely and the products make you feel so comfortable and confident :D

   I don’t usually write reviews but the staff at this Lorna Jane branch are super friendly and helpful! As soon as I walked in I was greeted so kindly and the lady efficiently helped me pick out the perfect leggings. While trying them on I decided I wanted to try a different size so I planned to come out and get a different but another lady checked up on me at the same time and asked if I wanted to try another size! This was super convenient for me as I didn’t have to keep dressing and undressing to try on sizes. They both gave me excellent recommendations and have a great eye for sizing. I honestly had such a great experience that I did not expect. I actually original went into Lululemon beforehand but had no idea what kind of leggings I was after and I felt kind of stuck so I walked out and figured I’d give Lorna Jane a go. The quality of their leggings seemed awesome when I tried them on, they were buttery and squat proof. I will 100% be visiting again

   While the ladies in store are fantastic and helpful, their chat feature on their website is terrible. They do not deal with faults well unlike Lululemon. Unfortunately I will not purchase from them anymore based on this.

   I’ve been to the LJ in Newmarket several times and found their staff ladies very helpful and professional. They are able to give you sizing and gym apparel tips when you’re new to the brand. They would offer to help check the stocks online and arrange a shipping to your place too. My fav are their Amy and Lotus series pants.
