   Pit Stop Manukau is quick, efficient, reliable and really trustworthy. Took my car here for an Extensive service which came with a FREE WOF check an hour later and my car was serviced and had passed the WOF. 2 days later I brang my brothers car also for a Extensive service, and WOF check which didn’t pass but I was explained really thoroughly what it failed on. I definitely would recommend coming here. Also the receptionist is a really lovely man. Thank you team for the awesome job on my car.

   First time doing wof and service and repairs ! They were good and had good service took them 2 days to fix 2 wheel racks fix door Handel for front door and window wipers breaks and that’s all I know of. Everything’s good the cars fully serviced but our oils leaking after rear lights still out too so if you could please give some advice to what to do ??

   24/06 Update: I contacted pit stop 10 days ago and have yet to hear back. I recently took my car into Manukau Pit stop, as it was making an odd noise. I was told it was the tensioner pulley in my car and my rotors were rusty. I was charged $670.00 for them to buff the rust off my rotors and replace the tensioner pulley. Upon driving my car home that evening there was a loud rattling noise that was not there prior to dropping my car off. I called Pit stop in the morning and asked to drop my car back off as it was now making a worse sound then before and seemed to be coming from the piece that they replaced. I didn't receive great attitude, in fact they were a bit rude about it. They took the whole day to get back to me, to which they advised that it in fact was not the tensioner pulley or the belt and that it was coming from the water pump, which would need replacing. I requested them not to do any work on my car, as Id take it to another mechanic for an evaluation, as I was unsure the water pump was the cause, as the sound was coming from the tensioner pulley / tensioner belt. The next mechanic has advised me that the rattling sound was coming from the tensioner belt, which would need replacing, along with the tensioner pulley that Pit stop had replaced. Im really not happy with the service I have received, as I now have to pay extra to have the same piece that pit stop 'fixed' replaced, as well as being provided with incorrect advice that my water pump needed changing, when it is in fact fine.
