   Fabulous experience with the Onehunga pitstop today. I called yesterday and filled in the booking request form online, got a phone call back about 30 minutes later confirming I could drop my car off the next day for a service and wof. The car needed some work done (including 4 new tyres) to pass the wof, they provided me with updates during the day and sent photos of why i the repair was needed which made me feel like i wasn’t been taken for a ride. Then the best part is they did all the repairs and replaced the tyres all in time for me to collect it that evening. Really great experience! I’ll be back for the service regularly ( the cost was also very reasonable considering how much needed to be done ) Thanks guys

   I had an amazing experience at Pitstop onehunga branch. A huge thank you to Steven for going above and beyond with my car. I only had one day available to get it sorted, and he made sure everything was done perfectly and on time. His professionalism and care really stood out. What truly impressed me was how thoughtful he was — while my family and I waited, Steven even went out of his way to get us pizza. That kind of genuine kindness and customer service is so rare these days. We’re so grateful for his help and the great job he did on the car. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know!

   Absolutely brilliant!! These guys are fantastic and the customer service was quite superb. I arrived on the off chance of getting my brakes checked out and they diagnosed the problem and took the car straight away to do it without any fuss or bother. Everything was explained clearly and the price was really fair and reasonable. Couldn't have asked for better and left feeling confident that an excellent, well priced job had been done. I would 100% go back to Pitt Stop Onehunga, you can trust them!!

   Really impressed with Dean and his Team at Pit Stop Onehunga. My Daughters car broke down on the motorway on Sunday . We called around repair shops on Monday to find someone who could look at it and Dean was kind enough to squeeze it in straight away to determine the problem. Got the car towed to him. He checked the engine, did compression test on the engine and pressure tested the radiator to diagnose the blown radiator. He then arranged all the parts and completed the repair quickly, efficiently and very professionally and my daughter was back on the road within 2 days . Can't fault the service I definitely recommend them , Well Done Dean!
