Excellent customer service. They fix my audiQ5. Shamil is very knowledgeable and their pricing is very reasonable. After fixing the car they also follow up after a week if car is working fine. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommended. Thank you Shamil and Saga.

Would not even give them 1 star I recently had a profoundly disappointing experience with Pioneer Autohaus. I brought my vehicle in because the AC, courtesy light, and engine oil needed attention. Initially, they quoted me $190 just to diagnose the issues with the AC and engine. After assessment, they estimated the fixes would cost $650 for the engine oil and a whopping $800 for the AC. However, the situation quickly deteriorated. Despite assuring me they could complete the repairs within the day, they later called to inform me that the AC repair would have to be postponed, and the engine now requires $2500 in repairs, a significant increase from the initial estimate. They also mentioned that the engine repair would take an additional 20 hours, prolonging the inconvenience and expense. When I returned the next day, the AC still wasn't functioning properly, and the mechanic's explanation was unsatisfactory. He insisted on additional charges to fix the fan and couldn't guarantee that the AC would ever work as expected. To add insult to injury, the receptionist's misleading information about the shop's ownership only added to the frustration and lack of professionalism. EDIT: Your response fails to address the core issues I experienced with your service. While a third party may have reviewed the situation, it does not change the fact that: 1. Incomplete Repairs: You charged me for AC repairs that were never properly completed. When I returned, the AC was still not functioning, and yet I was told it wouldnβt get any better than that. Despite this, I was asked to pay additional charges without any guarantee of a proper resolution. When I took the vehicle to another shop, I was informed that it needed a valve replacement and the AC now works like brand newβexactly what you claimed would never happen. Regardless of the third-party review, my experience as a paying customer was unsatisfactory, and your attempt to justify the poor service instead of acknowledging and resolving the issues speaks volumes. Transparency, honesty, and customer satisfaction should be prioritized over profit.

Do not recommend!!! Went here for a warrant, was told my front shocks needed replacing and would cost $900+!! Took my car elsewhere, my shocks were absolutely fine, just dirty, the other mechanics cleaned them and didnβt even charge me for it. Strongly advise getting a second quote, they are there to take advantage of you (esp if you are female)

Upon completion of the repair service, I expressed my intention to award them a 5-star rating. However, upon arriving home, I discovered that my hood struts were broken. I promptly reported the issue to the service provider in order to seek a resolution. Regrettably, they immediately refuted my claim and sent an email the following day insinuating that I may not have been a genuine customer. They further asserted that they had advised me about the failing hood struts and recommended an alternative repair facility. This response left me genuinely perplexed, as it appears to be an attempt to deny their responsibility. Despite having paid a considerable sum, I had initially intended to give them a positive rating. Nevertheless, I will reconsider my assessment based on this recent experience. I was genuinely confused, lol. I guess this is how they cover their tracks? I advise whoever is going to deal with them, be attentive, and be vigilant. I will update my review when they man up and corrected lies and mistake. I don't do ratings like this, but I am forced to do so. I will escalate this to MTA further.

I was very pleased with the service delivered by Pioneer Autohaus. Communication and quotes/costs were clear from the beginning. They did not always answer the phone but responded promptly to emails. Shamil took photos of my car and attempted to explain to me what the issues were ( this is especially appreciated as I am a single female and I often feel vulnerable at a mechanics as I have no understanding of cars) . He seemed to have genuine concern for me and my car, and tried to find solutions for me to prevent unnecessary spending. Shamil even sent a follow up email to check in on the car. I also was lucky in that they could fix my car very promptly. Unfortunately dropping off the car one of the mechanics was late/sick - but i believe if we had a more concrete plan they work with the station in front and can do early drop offs if you require.
