Such a lovely theater. The lobby is so cozy and the staff were very welcoming. I will hopefully be back again soon
I've only been to two shows here (excited to attend many more!) and I cannot say enough how amazing The Factory Theatre is. The venue itself is so warm and welcoming. The people who work there are so lovely and accommodating. And, as a wheelchair user, they were just absolutely incredible in answering my questions about accessibility and ensuring I could easily access the venue. I cannot recommend them enough - whether attending an event or looking for a venue to hold your next show/performance, this is a truly beautiful and cosy place.
A very intimate theater space catering for diverse forms of art and live theater. It's very inclusive and friendly with a great vibe. Reminiscent (in the best possible way) of the way theaters used to be. The foyer invited you to linger with friends. A great space.
Lovely comfortable and WARM lobby/lounge area to relax pre-show. Dairy-free ice cream, Nice Blocks, a few drink options including beers, sparkling wine and Pals, plus soft drinks like Karma Cola. Theatre space had comfortable seating, a great view of the stage and a good size for small shows. I estimate it seats about 100. Friendly staff. Will definitely come again.
