If you want to shop at Tommy Hilfiger this store is far better than the one at Manawa bay, had the pleasure of dealing with Jermaine (the manager) was super on to it and friendly. Staff were friendly also.
Amazing selection and outstanding service when we visited on 02/08/25. The staff were all very friendly and helpful—especially Jimmy (I think that’s his name), who was incredibly kind and soft-spoken. We even got some extra discounts. Great sales too
The staff of this particular store is absolutely rude and terrible, me and my friend had an experience like nightmare
This morning's shopping was really disappointing for me as a regular customer. At first, I picked out a few pieces of clothing and asked about the prices. When I turned around to choose other clothes, I saw the tour leader and the tall male cashier pointing at me and laughing from behind. I didn't know what they were talking about. In the end, I bought more than ten pieces of clothing, but the clerk put all the clothes in one bag. I asked him if he could help me change the bag, and he said impatiently that he couldn't, because I swiped the card once and could only give me one bag. However, when I asked him again in a friendly way if I bought another piece of clothing, he actually asked me to leave... This made me wonder, because I communicated with them very friendly throughout the process, but the attitude of him and the tour leader was very rude, which made me feel discriminated against. I am very glad that I didn't bring my children here today, so that the children didn't see me being bullied by the clerk.
Flagship store. I really enjoy going to this place. The men’s variety of clothes is substantial. I like the selection of sweatshirts and other accessories. Ladies bags also available. Good variety of sweaters as well. There were plenty of specials on display. You will surely find something. The staff is courteous and helpful. The store is tidy. Plenty of parking available in the mall but will be a mission to find one during weekend unless you reach there early in the morning.
Everything overpriced and not worthy for the quality of their dresses. Onehunga store is small in size and not properly organised.
You need to check the attitude of your team members that are working the floor! The audacity to look down on me , for asking for assistance is disgusting! The fact you gave me the side eye look that screams (You can’t afford it)! - Brown Backpack on a top shelf! Now I could have reached for it but having a prosthetic foot would have caused balancing issues. Now after looking at various items, then seeing her walk out with 2 brand spanking new ones, that oh! I’ll swap them as the one I had, did have dust and on closer inspection base was dusty too. Now that distasteful team member, just curled her eyelashes at me with the most hideous look when I asked; could I please swap this for that one, pointed out slightly dusty… she once again just had that sour face that said a million words! Now after taking that bag and making my way to checkout, she just looked at me as if I had stolen it! Just so you know I am a VIP customer, I might not look the part, but MONEY TALKS! Don’t be so quick to judge! Do your job, serve and demonstrate professionalism in your role, instead of gossiping with other team members. YOU have lost a valuable customer TH! Discrimination is REAL PEOPLE! Although I am BROWN so was SHE!
An employee was hostile and rude as soon as we walked in. It was such odd behaviour, she instantly made us feel unwelcome. The way she spoke was extremely condescending and we didn't even have to say a word for this to happen. Was having a great day Christmas shopping and it caught me by surprise. Instantly killed our good vibe and made the store seem so unpleasant in contrast to all the other stores nearby. It was so uncomfortable we just left without saying anything to the employee. Happened at approx 3.10 pm
Today was the day that I picked up my first set of Tommy shirts. These fit like a glove and the price was incredible. A whopping 40% off majority of the store and the place was just buzzing today. I’ll be back to pick up some more great deals soon!
Well it’s bit sad to see so many bad reviews. I was quite lucky to be served really well by a staff at the counter who is an asian-look male. He was being really polite and patient when helping me change the size of one shirt and reminded me that I can have some refund as being a membership. The senior management should see some unbalance in staff quality and provide more training where needed. However I still want to share my good experience even I believe there could be some undertrained staff there tho.
