   Today I went to do some shopping and I stopped and browse at your store to find something for my 2 year old niece. But what sad is that none of the staff acknowledge me I just got ignored no one bothers to help me. No greetings or how am I supposed to know that there’s one of the staff is around to help.

   I came in to the shop today looking for bras for myself . Looking around for my sizes And hello 4 staffs just standing their lending on hanging racks watching me looking . I felt that I was watch my them when the shops was full of customers. Come on i work in Retail stores. For 10 years. I Was buying not stealing.. i will shop in Onehunga were i shop all time . I just want to pop in because i was in Manakau . Buying gift vouchers for Xmas..Shame on the staffs.. Need to be trained. . There people who look around to buy. Their people that steal I know its tough time you 4 staffs watching when your shop was full of customers...

   Good selection and varieties of merchandise. However, extra staff would help with tidiness of the changing room and store. In particulsr, the changing room would benefit a good clean up- clothes on the floors, hangers spread around, floor were linty and needed a good vacuum.

   Needs an extra big check out not sure if we just picked the wrong day to shop but the shop always seems cramped trying to navigate the store and especially the line to queue for the cashier the wait not ideal and there is no real way to social distance either. We now avoid Manukau and prefer the Airport.
