   The staff told me there is no other store that sells All Blacks after border control. Bought a water bottle and found inside it’s actually 8 bucks cheaper. Disappointing and felt like a fraud

   Very disappointed with my experience there today! We were dropping off our exchange student and took him to that shop to get souvenirs,the Indian lady working there was so rude and ignored us all to talk to her other Indian friend,I apologised to our exchange student and the items he was going to buy he put back,you need to do better!! Won’t be going back if we see her working there again

   Very unfriendly staff. Indian lady only kept talking to her friend. When we asked for something, she replied with an attitude, not even made eye contact and walked away. We came around 8am. I wanted to buy a cap, but with such attitude was a big no.

   Great to have an All Blacks shop in the airport, but beware, the selection is quite limited as far as sizes and range. There seemed to be more items for infants and children on display. The one employee there wasn’t very friendly.

   Absolutelly dissapointed. Wanted to buy the all blacks Shirt and they run out. And the answer from the sales person was: just go to the store in the city. I bought a cap and didnt even offer a bag. Really dissapointed. I give 1 star because there is no zero star thing.

   Would be helpful if they put online when they are open, Also leave a answer message on their phone saying what hours they are doing during covid times if it Varies from what they state on the website. Had called multiple times to see if they are open - then drove on a Saturday at 2.00 to buy some items but the shop was closed. Very annoying.
