Perfect place for a family day out. We took the kids for some ten-pin bowling and mini-golf, and they loved every second. We’ll definitely be back for the next school holidays!
The bowling machines don't work properly. Went for bowling with the family tonight. The machine skipped someone's turn and screwed up again in another one. Notified the staff and first asked if they could go back one turn, answer was no nothing they can do. After the second time talked to them again and they said they could give only offer a 50c refund, they couldn't do anything else and we could email the manager?? Such bad service for the shops own mistake. This could have been a regular spot for us.
Live Wire was really fun. Lots of games, bowling, VR, and cool stuff to do. Good place to go with family or friends. I liked it and would go again. Can charge your free phone here.
Nicer family atmosphere here compared to other arcades. We had fun playing ten pin bowling, would definitely go back. Helpful staff.
bad first impression and experience. Alley was a bit too small for bigger kids so had to move to botany's extreme bowling spot. service was dead and 4-5 people including myself were standing at the front counter for more than 10 minutes and no one came to counter. I left and still no one was there, but there were two girls serving just 1 customer at the back food truck and even with two of them, it still took longer than it should be to serve that one customer. I think it would be great to always have someone at the front desk at all times. Other games were okay but average and VR was a bit expensive that I thought.
Great place to visit and really enjoyed my time at the arcade. There are plenty of games and great customer service especially the staff member Kelvin who told me about the Christmas deals so that I don’t miss out.
This new(ish) addition to Sylvia Park adds something that was kind of missing from the mall. The bowling lanes are a bit shorter than other places I've been, but that did help my self esteem. A decent selection of games to play. Liked the atmosphere here.
Nice small arcade place to go to in Silvia Park. But the bowling alley is small and if its not the 4-7pm i find it expensive to pay $16 per game. Otherwise nice set up.
