We just had a 5th birthday here and these guys were fantastic. The team at the front desk were very polite, helpful and accommodating. Thank you for making this a special day for us.
Unfortunately, the staff were very disengaged during our visit. At least four employees were playing among themselves instead of supervising the children. Acitivity stations were not being monitored at all, which is concerning from a health and safety perspective. Overall, the experience did not feel well managed. Other Trampoline facitlites is far better organised and noticeably more hygienic in comparison. To add, there was no milk for coffee. About three of us parents wanted to purchase coffee at the counter.
Were here for a birthday party. Great service. Team are really nice and friendly, ready to play with the kids The main 2 reasons for only a 4 star is the lack of eating facilities. While in the middle of a shopping complex, the sign says you can't bring your own food in Second is that it can get pretty "full on" when there is a lot of people. When this happens, I strongly advise no toddlers. They have a specific toddler time early in the mornings though to counter this Other than that, Great team, nice place to play, kids loved it
Kids have been here several times and we had an awesome rugby end of season celebration here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of car parks, no stress. Have a relax while the kids go crazy. Highly recommend Gravity Manukau!
We were invited to a birthday party held at gravity Manukau. It was a fantastic location with nice easy parking outside in the layout means you can see the kids the whole time they are jumping. I would totally recommend it to anyone for a birthday party.
Gravity Manukau accommodated our school group where the kids had an absolute ball. Food was catered, facility was clean, kids were well looked after, and they had fantastic communication which took the hassle out of planning a large school group booking. We will be back again!
My kids and I had the most amazing experience at Gravity this morning attending the toddler time session. The two female staff that were working (Tuesday 11 July) are a real credit to your company. They were kind, funny, engaging and just made my girls feel so special. Thank you!
If you want to burn some energy or have fun with your friends, then Gravity, Manukau is the place for you. So much fun for all ages! A great environment for everyone to enjoy. Staff are friendly and helpful. You can even have your birthday party here. Highly recommended.
