Absolutely awful nail service. My natural nails were roughly leveled with a harsh, abrasive drill, and the cuticle work was sloppy. No regular nail polishes were available, and the staff was rude and inattentive—even though I was the only client. I was charged $35 for this terrible service. Not recommended at all.
Shara was amazing!!!! She is so kind, and I had the best gel manicure ever, removed my old builder gel nail so gently it was such a good experience, lots of beautiful gel colours to choose from, and the scrub massage and moisturiser at the end was the best I’ve ever had at any nail salon. Definitely recommend. Great pricing and such a beautiful shop! Will be telling my friends to come here. Thank you :)
I absolutely love visiting this nail salon! The place has such a cute, aesthetic vibe that makes every visit feel special. The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes for such a pleasant experience every time. They consistently execute the design I ask for perfectly. I can show them an inspo picture, and they nail it every single time! One of my favorite things about their service is the little hand massage at the end of each session. It’s such a nice, relaxing touch and makes the experience even better. Highly recommend!
I went in there hoping to get hybrid as when I booked the appointment one of the team members said yes you can come in and choose what extension I wanted. Anyways when I got there, the beautician said she can only do classics because she is there by herself and it will take 90mins, and she had other appointments. To come back tomorrow, that didn't suit me, so ended up getting classic done, took her 90mins anyways. I am not satisfied with my lashes because it looks the same as my natural. Wasted my $$ unhappy with her service as well, not friendly, not going back there and I wouldn't recommend this place.

Disappointed with the my last experience here. Since change of ownership. I feel the treatment was a bit careless. Nails only lasted two weeks. Nails gel was thinker than usual and bumpy with bubbles. I have been coming for well over a year.... quite sad and it's a beautiful salon.
