I ordered the brake pads from these guys they said it’s coming from the other branch so I waited till next day and I called them two times the next day and they said unfortunately the brakes have not arrived so I went to Manukau Toyota and I bought from them and when I checked my invoice and found out they charged me on the invoice which I didn’t get it and I called them twice and explained them why I have been charged and they said they will sort it out but nothing has been sorted out yet and it has been couple of weeks now and I am dealing with this company for 22 years so please beware of this automotive companies of what you purchase and what you are charged or are we getting ripped off like this if we don’t check our invoices and accounts properly …
