   Weird guy, coming on to a farm up to a house uninvited. Offering to buy an "abandoned vehicle" you can see from the road. Felt like he was scooping out the property. Very strange. Didnt sell him anything we don't have any dead or abandoned vehicles. We live in the van! Hell no, and we reported the guy to the cops. Next time try a flier in the letterbox.

   This is the worst company we dealt with. We ordered the part yesterday through parts trader and they demanded the payment upfront to make the sale and we did and also sent the proof of payment as well. We followed up yesterday evening after the payment and the staff said they don't know about the payment as the office lady already left. We followed up in the morning and one of the guy said the parcel has been dispatched. We waited till 1 pm today and called them again and after chasing up they said the courier company didn't pick up the parcel and will send the parcel soon. In evening today we called again to follow up but they asked the courier to contact us. The courier guy called and said he gonna drop off the part tomorrow as he is in Ellerslie. But when we said we need the part today else we will loose the sale worth $1000 and then he said he is coming now. After waiting for one hour the courier driver blocked our number. Don't buy anything from these liars. Shame on the company and their courier. We ordered parts from other company's today this morning through parts trader and received before 12pm and when I spoke to the guy name Kevin, he talked rudely rather than helping us.

   Had a very pleasant experience with Universal Auto Parts Limited. I was handled by Paramjeet Singh which was a very friendly man. He gave me a good price for the parts with no hassle/straightforward negotiation. For small and loose parts, make sure you bring your own tools there. It will be easier and quicker if you dismantle the parts by yourself and not waiting for them to do it for you. By doing this, you can get exactly what you want and be careful in dismantling the parts to avoid unnecessary scratch and damage. This is what I did, even then, they guys there will still help and guide you on how to take the parts that you want. Overall, very good experience and will recommend this place to other people.
