I have called for an estimate and avaibility for some components, an indian girl said to be that nothing was available for my car without even bother checking. I have ring another BNT and they found the components i need in no time and available next day. Very disappointed... totally useless
poor customer service. Called and an inidian guy answer yelling like im deaf or something..neck minute he hang up..tsk tsk this people are not fit to answer customers call if they don't have that patiences to answer queries on call.

My old 80s Toyota burst the clutch slave cylinder as I was arriving at work. Whipped up to BNT Otahuhu, they had a replacement cylinder on the shelf. About 60 bucks all up including a bottle of fluid. Fixed it in my break. Awesome.
