Izaiah was really efficient and super helpful, knew his stuff re refilling air con options and also replaced my battery in my car key. Highly recommend for excellent customer service.

I bought an air compressor from Repco and it failed in under 48 hours. I returned it with the receipt, original box, and all components. I was calm and respectful, and the team was friendly at first while they checked the unit and spoke to a manager. Things changed when one staff member said that because it was a clearance item, I wasnβt entitled to a refund or return and that an exchange was the βbest he could do.β I declined an exchange (the quality was poor) and asked for a refund. The tone quickly became aggressive the situation quickly escalated with four employees surrounding me at the counter, talking over me, insisting that because it was a clearance item I had no right to a refund. I was told by an employee that it was up to him whether I got a refund, and that by walking into the store Iβd effectively agreed that clearance items have no warranty or returns, which is not how the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act works. Another staff member even said, βYouβre not getting a refund. Just walk out, bro.β Only after I calmly referenced the Consumer Guarantees Act did another team member step in, de-escalate, and process the refund. I appreciate that personβs help, but it should never have required arguing basic consumer rights to get a remedy for a product that failed within 48 hours. Repco: please train your staff on the CGA and customer service. This was a disappointing and unnecessary experience. I rarely leave reviews, but this one was warranted. I also have a video of the incident for reference.

My wipers got damaged during the wet winter. As someone who doesnβt know much about cars, I was really lucky to get help from Shay and Peter. They were super friendly, professional, and very patient in explaining the different options and helping me pick the right one. They also helped with the installation, which gave me total peace of mind. Really grateful for their help and awesome service. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

I required a new bulb so took it to Repco Greenlane and was given a replacement, and told to keep my receipt if it wasn't the right one. The bulb wasn't bright enough and failed the warrant so took it back to be told that the manager/supervisor wouldn't accept returns as there was nothing wrong with the part. I was offered to try another more expensive one, obviously at my risk, which I declined. This was for a work vehicle - my work time and money have been wasted, and I still have to source another solution and get my warrant.

The place needs a bit of organisation to help people find the products they are after easily. I guess they are short staffed so no one can quickly greet you as you enter and ask what you need. Otherwise, I found what I needed when I went to the actual pay counter.
