   3 years ago they told me i was getting a iPhone 8, 3 months later they sent me an oppo phone which ive never heard of, long story short i kept it because i needed a phone. ive paid my payments for the "iPhone" and yet they're still taking money out, their number doesn't help. might just take them to court, i know im not the only one they owe me over $1000

   This company is so annoying, after trying to get into contact with them for four weeks around January from out of no where they finally get in contact and say I haven't been paying my account. I have been one of the most loyal clients since purchasing my things from them and after my efforts of trying to contact to ask about account balance I was on the line waiting for hours for someone to pick up. Call me then act like I'm lying because she rang and the number works. Yes it does, but it took me four weeks trying to contact you and staying on line for hours to be answered. Then tell me that my account has gone up because of my missed payments which wouldn't have happened if you guys answered the stupid phone or could have at least contacted me. Johnny is great to deal with, but the lady who answers the phone, need to get your facts right and try and be more nicer on the phone to your clients as I have been loyal to this company with my payments since this thing happened. Unhappy client, after I pay this account off I wont be dealing with them again not because of Johnny but because you have rude and self centered people answering calls. Regards Sera

   This company is dodgy, they scammed me & quoted me a fake price to entice me and then adjusted the paper work after I had signed the contract! I have tried for a week to discuss the details of this scam & they refuse to come to a reasonable arrangement or acknowledge that they have dodgy sales reps. Also Easy deal refused to allow me to exit out without charging me 20% fees to break a contract which I never agreed to. I was conned in to signing up for a product that they then changed the price on tge paperwork afterwards! So if you are smart tell them to go away if they knock at your door!! Be aware that they also change their company name due to dodgy dealings & sales reps aka Lync Direct. I was charged in 1 week twice by them, by both easy deal & Lync direct - just dodgy, do not sign up!

   I would not! recommend this company, if you have all ready signed up please do not!! miss a payment because the next week they take out double!! As for there customer service it is so poor i got into and argument with one of there staff when i ask to speak to the manager she said no so i said i will walk in and she hang up!!!! i called back twice and she hang up both times the third time i called a different staff member answered. (bear in-mind i had contacted my bank about the missed payment and both had gone through) as i was talking i asked the same questions she answered all but! the dates i was given had change from 25 to the 8 i have had enough of there company, please if you have read this, walk in with your bank statements and ask for the manager and do not leave until you talk to the manager, if they say the managers not in, go to your nearest citizens advice bureau and tell them what has happened.
