These guys from the first contact were warm and professional, they gave me a few scenarios of what the problem could be with my dryer before I booked the assessment. Assessment was half the cost of other repairers. Honest communication, timely turn around and informed of progress whenever asked. The cost was more than reasonable will recommend them to anyone.
