Got a fairly expensive fridge from this place 2 years ago, within first 6 months the compressor takes a dump and gets replaced by them. This was apparently not done properly as no post testing or gas level check was done, just a simple plug and play. Now the compressor failed again. I can only assume the very short warranty is reflective of the quality of items from here and how much they stand behind what they sell. Better off to just go and buy new with an actual factory warranty instead.

We visited this place because we needed a washing machine after moving into our new home. The store had a wide variety of products that were well displayed, making it easy to shop. The staff were very friendly and provided professional explanations. Thanks to their help, we were able to purchase a great product at a reasonable price, and we’re very satisfied. We needed a washer, dryer and fridge. Needed some guidance and Bryan was really great, knowledgeable about the products and very laid back. He didn't try and upsell or pressure us at all, just showed us the best options for our budget. We saved enough at alliance outlet that we were also able to get a microwave! Edit: our appliances were delivered three days after purchase, right on schedule by Slade who was punctual, efficient and really helpful getting everything set up just right!
I bought a fridge online and found it very tricky to search for information on what the different prices meant in delivery and installation. Therefore, what I thought installation meant wasn't actually that which upset me. I had a couple of issues with the new fridge, and this meant I had to drive into the store from the shore and back to get the part fixed, but they fixed it quickly. The other issue is still being sorted by the fridge manufacturer. Delivery was quick, and Slade was super friendly and helpful and even put my old fridge outside the door for me on leaving. If I would have seen on the website that you could pay a bit more to have it removed, too, I would have done that, but I didn't see that until after my email with customer care. I emailed the customer service team with my complaint, and they sorted it honestly and quickly.

Slade delivered on time as agreed and provided an excellent level of service. Very friendly demeanor, removal of old washing machine and install of new one was very quick, he did a test run of the new unit to ensure all was working as expected, and even took the time to show me how to use it. Kudos to Appliance Outlet for great service all round, and will not hesitate to purchase with them again in the future. Highly recommended.
