I popped in the other night and was impressed by Melissa's helpful and friendly service. She went above and beyond to help me and another customer at the same time, juggling both our requests, making us both feel attended to, and providing lots of ideas and options to try. It's been a while since I've had such great customer service, thank you.
The brunette with the Bob who was there on a weekday evening was was the worst customer service I have ever received. It was so obvious she did not want to be there. She did not smile, she was sassy. She was rude and all I was doing was returning an item. It is such a shame because the staff here on the weekend were lovely to me and I had such a great experience with them.
Always friendly service - and great clothes
Went to the shop this week on Tuesday and Wednesday, shop was closed, no sign at the door. At one stage a person was inside the shop hanging pink coats, but did not acknowledged me at the door. Asked at Veronica Maine shop and was told the shop is short staffed. She suggested I could buy online. I wanted to try a wool coat, no success. What a shame.
The staff ( Juliea ) ( sorry if spelt name wrong ) were quick to help with idea's and advising different stores and offering us water.
So beautifully made items in the store. A little expensive but......
Staff members are friendly, helpful, and talkative. Have a good collection. Their clothes are nicely cut and made; though this also means that their price is quite dear. Stores might have different stocks or collections even they're all under the same brand.
