   Lady who works there went into my changing booth to grab left over clothes without asking and I was in the middle of changing, what is that? She just said “ I’m just going to grab these”while awkwardly reaching her hand around and almost taking the clothes I was trying on away! After I came out she was just standing there! I’m just confused as to why she thought it was appropriate and so urgent for her to come into my room mid change. Really disappointed with my experience and it felt VERY intrusive! Portmans please don’t let this happen again to anyone else.

   This was my second time visiting Portmans at Dressmart, and I keep coming back not only for their beautiful styles but also because of the store manager, Maureen. The shop is always well-organised, and all the staff are friendly, but Maureen really stands out. When I asked for help with styling and matching outfits, she immediately understood what I was after and helped me pick out several pieces that I ended up buying. She’s extremely good at her job and makes the whole shopping experience enjoyable. Whenever I’m at Dressmart, Portmans will always be my first stop!

   Low rating. My daughter and I were in here yesterday and the shop assistant treated me like I was going to steal. We went in there with an unlimited amount to spend and left asap due to the profiling. The whole dressmart experience was disappointing. We'll be going to Manawa bay from now on!
