Good location for ease of parking and access. Nice to potter in amongst the well laid out clothing displays. Easy access and maneuvering for wheelchair users.
Valentina provided me with excellent customer service. She was very friendly to talk to and well informed about the products they had to offer
The customer service by 2 women staff was superb. Lady named Carla helped my mother even choose the clothes she wanted. Hanged clothes side by side if we dint want them. Anything we say yes, she would nicely fold and take it to the counter.Even Indian lady was nice. Both staff were very helpful. I went to buy a gift dress for my mum, ended up buying 2 for her and 1 for myself. Prices were good too. Will surely visit the store again.
Was greeted and asked if I needed help as soon as I walked in store, said no thank you, was followed and asked again and given wrong information about the sale, tried clothes on, staff were waiting for me to exit changing room with their hands out to the the items I tried on and assumed I was buying them all, very rude trying to hurry me along, then when I went to buy 2 items was told one wasn't on sale despite the information given earlier and when I said that wasn't the information given to me when I walked in and suggested they change their signage n store was told I was wrong and dismissed and asked if I still wanted the item and I said I was thinking about it and was hurried along again. Very rude, very judgmental, very surveillance focused, no custom service.
Saturday December 16, 2023 I just bought a top as a gift for a friend in size 2xl at 1:25 p.m. and when I left the store at 1:27 p.m. I received a message about the size update, which is 3xl, and the saleswoman didn't let me change it and her attitude was very unpleasant. I had only taken one step out of the store, thanks for nothing, what bad attention. Thank goodness I only bought one item because I was going to pay for 2. For the same reason, I would never buy again and I do not recommend it either.
Good range of clothes. Great mark down 50% off lowest price. Perfect for getting out of season clothes.
