Booked and paid for appointment online, Kay later texted me because she was delayed with a hair appointment and asked to move my booking, which I did. I turned up for my new appointment and there was no one there. I tried contacting Kay and got no response, no apology, no refund, no massage. AVOID this place.
I'd say this is one of the best Massages I've ever had so will diffinitley be back fortnightly. Great atmosphere and conversation and the free parking makes it a added bonus. Highly recommend.
Would have given a 0 for the star rating if it was possible. Had difficulty booking the appointment, was helped by text. The day I booked turned out I couldn't have it and was told I had to go online to rebook. I never logged in so I couldn't, which I told them. Was ignored for a few weeks until day of appointment, when they wanted me to confirm I was coming in. Retold them of my text and was told to rebook. After a few more texts she said she would rebook me. Apparently they couldn't find me and never contacted me back. Waste of time and money
It’s a shame there isn’t an option to give 0/5 stars to accurately reflect this colossal waste of time and money. Stay far away from Revive Massage if you’re looking for a relaxing and stress free experience. I confirmed my appointment days in advance, had been in contact with the vendor, drove out to Porirua to get to my appointment on time and… nobody was there. No explanation or apology. Numerous attempts to contact the vendor since then with no response. Don’t bother running a business if you can’t follow through.
Really an awful experience to the point of having to go back and request a refund from grab one because they're unavailable on Saturdays until after my voucher expires. I said I'd give my voucher to someone else who could attend during the week and the woman told me to rather request a refund, thereby letting me know my voucher is unwelcome.
I got a different masseuse than I booked...ok, that can happen but, got no notification or apology. The massage I got was below average, I can do a better one as a masseuse amateur. Place was clean and attitude professional though. I won't come back as I found far better massage for same $
This is a very professional experience. Kay totally knows what she is doing with out-of-sync bodies. I feel 10 foot tall after an hour long massage that hit all the right spots. Spotlessly clean, soft towels, nice atmosphere, and a choice of oil. It was very easy to book online and I was sent an email reminder the day before. And you can park for free right at the door. I'll be back !
