   The mechanic was extremely rude to me. When I picked up my car, he hadn't done a perfect job, so I requested the remaining repairs, but they told me to come back the next day. The next day, when I returned, he was completely different from the dealership, denying that I had requested that repair. He claimed that a part that should have been completed in five minutes was out of stock. He then quoted me a ridiculously high price, completely different from the initial estimate. Even more outrageous, he made up a story I hadn't mentioned, shifting the blame to me and blaming me for the minor, unresolved repairs. He repeatedly insisted I had decided to fix it myself, making ridiculous claims. I was so angry that I couldn't complete the repairs there and ended up having to go elsewhere for additional repairs. This place's service was completely different from their promises, leaving me extremely dissatisfied. I can't recommend this place.

   Very disappointed with the customer service. The staff were rude and unresponsive, completely ignoring my concerns. Felt disrespected and undervalued as a customer. Definitely not coming back.

   I dealt with Aiyaz for my car that needed a new ignition and a window replaced after it was stolen. He was very friendly and informative and did a fabulous deal for me! All done in one day. Would highly recommend !! :) thanks for your help Aiyaz! Will be back for all future work and WOFS. He also did a good price on a new tire

   Don’t bother making a appointment here they never stick to their times for 4weeks he gives me the ran around saying yes come on Monday yes come Friday then always show up and he always forgotten about my appointment 4 weeks 6 no shows is shocking I’ve taken days off work just to have my time wasted

   took my car in @ 10am to get rear lights cover fixed and brakes plus wof cause i knew thats all i needed to pass wof then all yous did was give me a wof n not fix anything telling me what i already know ...i brang it to you guys to fix it then wof so it could pass brang car in @ 10am and didnt leave til 2:30 so waited 4 hours for nothing

   Bad experience. Unfriendly staff. We booked a time in advance to get our WOF done, but then on the day they couldn’t get it done as there was no staff available. Time wasted.

   Seems like a little bit dodgy, really unsure if they actually did do the service. Loan car should not be on the road at all but guess what, they do their own WOF for it.
