   Omg love this surf shop. I found a nice zip up hoodie. And the sale price was the same price as advertised on the website. I love this surf shop so much. Friendly staff, so many good brand. I highly recommend. Would definitely shop here again. As I love the surf beach wear brand so much. It is one of my absolute new favourite stores.

   First time visiting this store as they had a good sale on shoes - I was left feeling very disappointed and insulted. The lady gave me $20 change instead of $40 then proceeded to say she only had $40 left in the tool so where has the other $20 gone , I had ordered another pair of shoes also so when I went back to collect my shoes the following week the owner was there and she also hit me up again about the $20 - I suggest next time check your cameras instead of accusing your customers - your staff is clearly trying to rip your business and customers off by short changing them . My wife had to stop herself from coming in and having a word as she was there the first time and she was so appalled that I got questioned again the second time . I won’t be returning to this store and from what I have read they rip they’re customers off , I felt the need to post this I wasn’t going to but it’s important after reading other people’s experiences with your store . No apology just accusations . Totally unprofessional

   28th Feb at 4pm my cousin (teenager) and I visited the store to get her a bikini, she's from Germany so we didn't speak English the whole time. The store lady advised which side of store had SALE items, and my cousin picked a bikini top and bottoms from rack ($29 each) plus shorts and a dress ($25 & $29). We went to pay and the store lady told us it was $200+.. which didn't add up. When I asked why so much, she didn't answer. I then asked her to show me the screen so I could see the price of everything, she rolled her eyes and was reluctant to show us the screen. I then noticed she charged us full price for the bikinis on SALE at $69 each. Couldn't believe it, the bikinis has a sale sticker in fluorescent yellow showing half price. The lady didn't even apologise for trying to rip us off. She thought we were foreign and we'd just pay up. Beware everyone!!!!!

   I went in here for the first time a few months ago to look for a dress. The manager (I think) was wonderful. Friendly, chatty, helpful and just a lovely person to deal with. I had my toddler with me and she made me feel welcome and wasn't fussed about him being in the shop. She kept his entertained while I was trying clothes on and she still managed to multitask to help me find the perfect outfit.
