Got my molded Orothic Brace altered recently as it was not quite right..these guys did a great job now its a great fit
Orthopro Ltd, Lower hutt. The staff are very kind and understanding. I have very bad lymphedema and need compression stockings, I am disabled. They made me feel very cared for,as I have a walker and need help.
If you have a choice, go to someone different. It takes nearly 3 months to get your orthotics and if you return them for adjusting nothing happens. Not impressed by their level of professionalism!
Absolutely shocking. My Mum has vascular dementia and we are fortunate enough to be able to afford the best possible care for her feet. Her enjoyment of life has diminished to the point that the only real enjoyment she has left is the ability to walk in comfort. We have run ourselves ragged as a family negotiating with Orthopro. They have been nothing short of negligent in Mums care. We would be better off shopping at Hannahs. I dont recommend them at all.
Went to be fitted for a knee brace after breaking it a few weeks ago. They were able to see me earlier then expected, were very friendly and provided answers to all of my questions. Really happy with new brace, very supportive.
