   I yet again found myself trapped in a dark space after a break up, even I was starting to realise there was a repeating pattern here and it needed to be addressed. I was recommended by a good friend to talk to Simon, He was empathetic and I knew he understood what I was going through, he taught me how the mind works, where all these thought's and thought patterns originated from and how to deal with them.    So blessed to have met Simon. He did a lot of work with my mum who had never had therapy before which enabled us rebuild our relationship and reconnect. I noticed a big change in her general mood as well as the way she related to me. I later on had a few sessions with Simon myself to work on specific areas of my life and noticed a miraculous improvement!
