Just want to extend my thanks to the team at BatteryZone. Tanya and Greg were super helpful. I have an EV that reported a fault. When I looked it up, they said it's the 12v batteries. They took me in and checked it and proved that one of the two 12v batteries (I didn't think you ever needed to change this in an EV) was defective. Got replacements in a day and then swapped them over. Works a treat and the fault is gone. Thanks team!
