   Joel is one of the best driving instructors I've had. He is a patient and knowledgeable driving instructor who teaches you at your own pace. Perfect if you're more on the nervous side. As he used to be a driving test officer, he has in-depth knowledge on what is expected for tests and can tailor each lesson on points you need more work on to be a great driver.

   Joel was amazing ! I came to him a bit nervous about being behind the wheel. We was calm supportive and quickly taught me what I needed to be more confident and a great driver. I passed my restricted on my first go and got really high marks!

   Joel was a very patient, positive and detailed instructor. With his past experience as a driving instructor I was confident he knew exactly what I needed to do to pass my driving test, while enjoying the lessons at the same time.    Joel is such a great driving instructor. He is kind, friendly, very patient, attentive and very knowledgeable on how to prepare for my driving test. He gave me confidence and was very supportive all the way. I just passed my Restricted test yesterday first try :) Thanks to Joel and all his help! I definitely recommend Maingat Driving School to anybody looking to do some lessons or need guidance for their practical test!! 6/5 stars :)

   Joel is an excellent driving instructor. His method of teaching has a strong sense of empathy and patience - in which provides you as a driver the confidence required to pass your test! I passed my test with Joel help over a 2 month period - and he even provided help and assistance even on test day. As a prior test officer, he had all experience and knowledge of what is required to drive safely and confidently on the roads and in particular what the testing officer is looking for during the test. I simply would not have passed if it was not for Joel!
