   I took to fix my son's phone, they gave it to me after 1 hour of receipt and in 15 minutes I was damaged again, we left it again and after 3 days I picked it up, in worse conditions I paid to be handed the phone off everywhere and it's useless, thank you for the bad service

   Fast Fix fixed my wife's phone yesterday. They changed the screen and fixed mic issue. Wonderful service provided. We bought privacy screen protector and a hard case for protection. Variety screen gaurds and accessories to choose. The knowledge and technical skill of the team is amazing. Very impressed and highly recommend to others.

   Do not take your phone here. Took my glass to get repaired and then there was no sound when I made calls. My phone was calling perfectly even with the cracked screen. Business refused to give a refund and told me to email head office. Head office never responds. This business is a scam and does not follow the consumer act or fair trading. I will be taking legal action.

   DO NOT USE THESE GUYS !!!! I took my iPhone 7+ in to get the battery replaced, the phone was in perfect working order when I left it with them. When I returned I first discovered issues with the phone connecting to the mobile network, I went back and the corrected the issue. Minutes later I discovered issues with not being able to make calls the person I called could not hear me and I could not hear them. They corrected this, and then notified me that if a battery degrades past a certain point and you replace the battery this may have adverse issues on other parts of the phone. Would of been good to know this up front, but still not completely convinced of this story. Now I have an iPhone 7+ that keeps going to the Lock Screen at random intervals and is close to not usable. I will not bother going back, thanks Fast Fix you have fast tracked me having to get a new phone. Very unhappy, never use these guys. I will not put a foot into their store again and if asked will never recommend them.
