   My BMW 435i through a drivetrain fault while driving back to Auckland and I called up M Tech and he got me to bring it in next day. He had it diagnosed and already contacted Autosure (My MBI provider). Had the Job done the following day after approval from Autosure. During the process he gave me constant communication and offered a rental car even under short notice. Quality Service at Quality Price… Highly recommend.

   Adam and his team impressed me by his professional mechanic skills and excellent services, after I had bad and sad experiences by ripping off from some workshops but the car issues still not been fixed, luckily, I went into this workshop just gives a try and surprised me by the car fixed with the cost unexpected.    This is the best mechanic I’ve ever visited in my opinion! Adam is highly professional and experienced. He diagnosed my car quickly and gave great advice on how to proceed with repairs. He video called me several times during the repair to explain issues and faults from the previous mechanics, he also provided a clear pricing list upfront. When I picked up my car, it was clean and well-groomed. Highly recommend!

   Have used Adam for meachanical repairs and servicing for an S3 8p. Very informative and awesome customer service. He takes the time to explain the issue and reasoning to give you a better understanding. Adam also gives you the options on what parts or service you want done, to either have quality or more cost effective parts. He doesn't bag other workshops which shows what kind of person he is. Easy to deal with, good communication, transparent, honest and good pricing. Looks like a lot of others trust him with their Europeans cars too, as his workshop is full of Mercs, Audis, VWs etc.. Will definitely be using his services again for our cars.
