Date of visit: 19th October (Sunday) I went to buy 30 organic eggs and paid $15. After I paid, the egg seller immediately wrapped the eggs and handed them to us β I didnβt get a chance to check the quality. Since weβve been their customer for a while, I trusted everything would be fine. However, once we got home and unpacked, I was shocked to see that 28 out of 30 eggs had cracked shells. This was really disappointing, especially since weβve always supported this seller. I tried to find her contact details but couldnβt. Sheβs a Chinese egg seller who sells different types of eggs β I believe sheβs the only one there. If anyone has her contact, please let me know. I really hope the seller checks her stock quality more carefully in the future.

One of my favorite Sunday markets! You can find almost everything here from fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, and seafood to plants and even second hand items. There are also plenty of new goods for sale. Prices vary, so itβs worth walking around to compare and find the best deals. A really nice spot to market for almost anything in one place!

You can find everything here, from vegetables, clothing, food, tools, and many more, at a cheaper price. β Parking ($3 per entry - you can always try roadside parking) β Portable Toilet β Dogs allowed β Asian vegetables β EFTPOS (limited stalls accept card) β Water fountain/drinking water TIPS: 1. It gets packed at around 10 am. 2. Prefer to bring cash - there's a cash-out booth available. 3. Come by before closing (12nn to 1 pm) to get further discounts, especially on the produce. 4. Don't buy the first thing you see; roam around the compound, and you'll likely find a cheaper one. 5. Bring shopping bags or 'the portable trolley' Summary: Great place to shop! Recommended!

Best fruits and veggies market in town, extremely reasonable prices, for about $50 you can get 2xweeks stuff. Crowded always so better avoid peak hours 9 am to 11 am. The good part is they have plenty of parking only for $3 but just need to patiently wait for the queue. Gotta carry shopping bags. If you are going around the closing time, you would still have plenty of stuff available. Very kind and helpfull vendors.

Fruit and veg here is such great value. I need to come here instead of the supermarket! It's half the price or often better. You can tell the produce is fresh too. Good buzz walking around the different markets and a huge amount of variety.

Always love coming to this market, it's a bit far from where I live but it's often worth the trip. One of the best Thai soups ever, $18 and it comes with chicken, and both fried and steamed dumplings.

The most diverse and affordable Sunday market around! Not your typical artisanal market, this has a wide range of entrepreneurs, farmers, several food trucks and trades people. Also, a great way to support farmers rather than shell out to the oligopoly of New Zealand grocery stores. Iβve been trying to go every week for the past 6 years, highly recommend ~

there are various kinds of vegetables and fruit sold here at a fairly cheap price. Don't forget to bring cash because they don't accept card payments. It is highly recommended to bring your own shopping bag.
