   Have been to 2 Kumeu Car Shows to place orders from their stall for several parts for our Chevrolet. Got no service at all just promises. This has been going on for over 2 years now.

   The service has been appalling. A product was ordered in September, was told 8 weeks. After 8 weeks passed, said we never ordered it, then said it had been ordered and would look into it. Didn't hear anything back. Phoned back mid December, had the same run around, then was told they would look into and call back. the next day, no call was made. A week later, I called back, no apology given until I shared how disgusted I was with the lack of service and professionalism. Was told that nothing could be done until the new year, and they would be in touch......Now mid Feb.....and have not heard anything. An absolute disgraceful attitude had.
