Although this work feels intense, it definitely offers a big release to heal from the past. Having a package with a consultation, 2 hour session, recording to listen to for 3 weeks & a follow-up coaching session provides a comprehensive opportunity for real and lasting change - if you're ready & committed, it's worth it.
